Hello,
I have recently been exploring embodiment, the dissolution of the ego self and non duality.
In this Great Awakening or Ascension process that many are experiencing, we are moving into oneness away from the separated small self.
This is a confusing experience.
I have been inspired by non dual ways of looking at things and seeing that the emotions, the thoughts, the stories and the questions that we tell and ask ourselves cause us to get stuck and trapped in illusion and to keep going sideways instead of up and out of the matrix.
It has challenged my perspective and caused me to question myself in a healthy way.
