Against Myself? Live PartsWork Healing

On my latest show I decided to model ‘working on myself’ using EFT tapping and Parts Work.

I am so inspired by the results that Parts Work gets for clients and with myself, that I am making it my business to get this process out into the world so people can realise that it is a very simple process that we can learn to use ourselves, which leads to the integration of fragmented parts of our consciousness, which enables us to permanently heal things like procrastination, self sabotage, indecisiveness and addiction.

Feeling the emotion and the memory that comes up with this process is the difficult bit, but the process itself is miraculously simple.
