Lack of Confidence or Low Self-esteem

Self-esteem is about how you feel about yourself, whereas self-confidence is the certainty you have about your ability to engage in the world in a specific situation i.e. public speaking or a sports performance for example.

Self-confidence comes from surviving a risk. If you want to achieve something, but something stops you, I can help you identify the specific event(s) that have led to this issue in your life.

You made it mean something about you because of things that other people said or did. We can change that meaning.

Your self-esteem is established (or not) when you are very young and comes directly from how your parents, teachers and community provided you with feedback about who you are - in the form of positive reinforcement, the expression of love, validation of your behaviour and how you expressed yourself.

Your self-esteem was formed by other people!

If you are not happy with your self-esteem or self-confidence in a specific area, I have techniques that can identify the reasons or the events in your past that have led you to these limiting beliefs about yourself. When you see these clearly, and reframe them, your limiting beliefs collapse, leading you to a blank slate and a feeling of confidence and identity that is unequalled.
